At Catalyst, we strive to create an environment that makes our members look forward to signing on. We cultivate a "team" atmosphere where every member is not only responsible for themselves but their fellow teammates. We demand a highly skilled, highly professional raiding atmosphere; one that can only be accomplished by recruiting people who believe in the goals of the guild and wish to excel.

Catalyst raid's 4 nights a week when pushing for Progression: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday with invites going out at 6:45pm server and end at 10pm server!

We are currently accepting applications for those who are Level 80 of the classes/specs listed to the right of this. However if your class says Closed, we are always accepting applications from players who are amazing and whose applications blow us away! A Catalyst member should meet the following requirements. You must be:

* Able to make Scheduled raids, currently 7pm server to 10pm server.

* Very proficient and knowledgeable with your class, as well as WoW in general.

* A "min-max" type of player who is willing to go the extra mile for even the slightest advantage.

* Experienced in end-game PvE raiding and comfortable in highly competitive environments.

* Experienced with raiding.

* Prepared for each and every raid with consumables. This means food, potions, elixirs, flasks, and reagents.

* Able and willing to motivate yourself to learn and master the most challenging encounters.

*Willing to respect and adhere to the guild's rules, policies and methods, as well as our officers' requests.

* Able to take even the harshest of criticism with stride and learn to improve from it.

* A team player. A guild-first attitude is important. Lootwhores, troublemakers and whiners need not apply.

* A very sociable person with a good sense of humor who is fun to play with and easy to work with.
